The social housing project in Via Antegnati in Milan, completed in 2022 for Redo SGR, is the first Italian project to receive this recognition. The award ceremony took place in Paris at the end of November 2025.

On Friday, October 31, 2025, at EFM in Milan, the architects will participate in the two-day talk “Architecture and Human Rights. Cities of Resistance, Inclusion, and Justice,” organized by Eleonora Carrano.

A conversation with Valentina Silvestrini about urban regeneration, social housing, and public space, as well as “lost projects” and an emotional form of “accompaniment” for architecture.

The Vertical Forest project by Boeri Studio (S. Boeri, G. Barreca, G. La Varra), realised and managed by COIMA, receives the Award of Excellence from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) 2024 and is among the finalists in the 10 Year Award category.
