Visit to the construction site of the New Polyclinic with Assimpredil ANCE

On Monday 11 September 2023, we took some members of the General Council of Assimpredil ANCE and other associates to discover the New Milan Polyclinic project.

After the presentation by Gianandrea Barreca and Giovanni La Varra inside the infopoint in the presence of Assimpredil ANCE President Regina De Albertis and New Polyclinic Hospital President Marco Giachetti, we were able to visit the construction site of the Central Building that will house the surgical and inpatient activities.

At what stage are the works? Four out of seven floors, in addition to the two basements, of the North Block have been built, and three out of seven of the South Block, in addition to the two basements. The Central Block has begun to take shape with the completion of the first basement floor and the construction of the stairwells and lifts.

In September, work will begin on laying the floors, and the assembly of the prefabricated facades began just yesterday. In September, the window frames and plasterboard will also be installed. The roof will be installed in December. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2024. The Central Building will be ready to receive the first patient in the first half of 2025.
