Barreca at the debate “Territorial equilibria: architecture and planning in the challenges of regional development”
Tuesday 18 June 2019 from 8.30 pm at the headquarters of the Foundation of the Order of Architects of Milan, Ezio Micelli moderates the meeting attended by Fabrizio Barca, former Minister for Territorial Cohesion, and architects Francesca Torzo and Patrizia Pisaniello.
Beginning with the report by Fabrizio Barca, former Minister for Territorial Cohesion, which will provide data and analysis on economic and territorial inequality between the metropolis and the province, the meeting intends to reflect on the design experiences of architects who work in marginal areas and who bring with them sensitivity and attention to projects of great architectural quality. In this sense the architects Francesca Torzo, among the 100 TOP studios cited by Domus, and Patrizia Pisaniello, Europe Under 40 talent, will talk about their design experiences compared to those of Gianandrea Barreca of the Milanese firm Barreca & La Varra.
