The intervention is located in a development area located on the edge of the center of Muscat.

The office block entirely occupies the intervention lot, and the volumetric articulation allows the construction of a courtyard that, in addition to guaranteeing the lighting of the rooms inside, offers the community of The Office, a shaded and pleasant space that scans work times. The façade is covered in travertine, the rhythm of the openings and their articulation enhances the material and volumetric aspect of the building mass. The court is open to the street through a passage characterized by a monumental staircase that cuts into the facade and suggests the articulation of the court’s introverted space.
