The tower takes up a long-standing tradition in the Mediterranean, the watchtowers on the coast, a timely sign of a network of places of control and defense. It is a sequence of collective spaces and services (congress centre on the ground floor, restaurant at high altitude), to vertically articulate the space of the seafront promenade.
