B21 Smart Apartments
A renovation in the Navigli area for 40 class A+ apartments: the renovated facade hides a cozy courtyard.

Milan (Italy)
The renovation project of the existing building at 21 Via Binda, in the Navigli area, involved rewriting the facade design and interior layout, as well as updating the systems.
The heart of the project is the access courtyard, which, thanks to special lighting, will be a cozy and intimate environment. In the crowning of the building, the penthouses will enjoy large terraces.
Notably, the facade windows in the body of the building have retained their original position but have been enlarged, in order to increase the supply of natural light into the apartments. The basement has taken on a darker coloring, as has the parapet of the terraces in the crowning.
The construction site is scheduled to be completed by 2024.
